Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: We provide you with a 30-day return policy for manufacturing defect. You can return any non "custom order" item in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund, less shipping and handling charges.
To request a return, please contact us at support@drsracks.com . When you contact us, please be sure to include your order number, the product you would like to return and the reason for the return. You will be given a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.
No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number from DRS Racks. Packages returned without an RMA number or to the wrong address cannot be credited and will be shipped back to you at your expense. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. While DRS Racks does not pay for the return shipping, you will not be assessed any restocking charges.
